We provide heating and cooling near Albuquerque from our base at 5635 Paradise Blvd NW, on the city's west side. How we cover a town depends on the drive, so we group the map into three zones. The times below are non-rush estimates from that base.
Heating and Cooling Near Albuquerque: The Metro and South Valley
This is where every kind of work makes sense, from a no-heat call to a full replacement. Bernalillo County and the near side of Sandoval County sit closest: Rio Rancho and Corrales are about 15 minutes out, and the South Valley about 30.
Valencia County takes longer, at about 35 minutes to Bosque Farms and 50 to Belen. We still take urgent calls there, and the drive is one more reason to call early.
The East Mountains
Tijeras is about 35 minutes away, Sandia Park and Edgewood about 45, and Moriarty about 55. Homes here sit higher and colder, and many run propane, so tell us your fuel when you call. Snow in the canyon can change the day's plan, and we will say so if it does.
Santa Fe and the Farther Towns
Beyond the East Mountains, the drive decides the kind of work that makes sense. Santa Fe County starts at about 65 minutes for the city of Santa Fe. Grants, Socorro and Espanola run about 80 to 90 minutes, and Las Vegas, Gallup, Taos and Ruidoso take about two to three hours.
We do not promise fast emergency response at these distances. Scheduled work such as a replacement, a conversion or a planned repair is where a drive like this makes the most sense. Call first to confirm availability.

Service Areas questions
Do you work in towns that are not listed here?
Sometimes. If your town sits between two places on our list, call us and give us the address. We will look at the drive and the job and tell you whether we can help. If the distance does not make sense for the work, we will say so.
Does the drive change what I pay?
It can. Distance and timing are part of how a job gets priced, and you will hear the price before any work starts. Written estimates are free, so a family in Corrales and one in Grants can each compare the number before deciding anything.
Can you get to the East Mountains during a snowstorm?
That depends on the roads that day. Canyon snow can slow the drive from our Paradise Blvd base or stop it for a while, so we do not promise timing. Call early when a storm is coming, and if your furnace is out we will talk through safe options.
